Cleaning the bathroom through baking soda 

You can use baking soda for cleaning different parts of your bathroom, from the shower down to the toilet. 

1.Use soda for cleaning toothbrushes 

Use a mixture of baking soda and water at a 1:1 ratio and soak your toothbrushes in the mixture overnight. Rinse the morning with clean water.  

2.Use bicarbonate soda to replace the cream cleaner 

Instead of using a cream cleaner, use baking soda, and put it on the sponge to clean surfaces. The baking soda is good for removing grime and dirt.  

3. Use it to whiten teeth 

Have the same ration of water and baking soda mixture in cleaning your teeth and as a toothpaste substitute.  

Cleaning your kitchen with baking soda

1. Use it in your kitchen sink 

Pout a cup of baking soda followed by two cups of vinegar to dissolve grime inside the sink. The acid in the vinegar reacts to the alkaline contained in baking soda.  

2.Use it in your oven door 

Create a paste by mixing 3 parts of soda and 1 part of water. Heat the oven to make it warm enough before wiping the glass with a damp cloth. Put on the paste and leave for 2 hours. Wipe it with a sponge or a clean cloth.  

3.Clean your sponges with baking soda.  

When you notice your sponge getting a  bit smelly and dirty, you can mix warm water and 4 tablespoons of baking soda to remove all the dirt and the odor from the sponges.  

4.Use to neutralize fridge’s smell 

When you want to remove the smell in the fridge, you can open a pack of baking soda to neutralize the smell.  

Cleaning the living room with baking soda 

Baking soda can be used to clean and spruce up your living room – from the carpet to the windows – everything. 

1.Remove the smells from the sofa 

All you need to do is to sprinkle some baking soda and let it sit for 30 minutes before brushing it off. 

2.Clean your rugs and carpet 

Do you have difficult stains n your carpet or rug? Just sprinkle baking soda liberally and let it sit for 20 minutes. For best results, you can let it sit for the whole night before vacuuming.
